All ages are invited to join Southern Pines Parks and Recreation for Sound Baths! Enjoy the rhythm and vibration of this medicine drum sound bath as you move your body and mind into deep rest mode. This is a unique and ancient healing arts practice. The sessions are led by Micheal Drum. Sessions take place Thursdays 9am-10am at the Train Station or 6:30pm-7:30pm at the Train House.
