Seagrove potters have exciting activities planned to celebrate American Craft Week, October 5th-13th. Visitors are invited to see and purchase new work fresh from the kilns, meet the potters, enjoy refreshments, watch demonstrations and learn more about the pottery process at participating shops. Some participating shops may offer hands-on experiences while others will take guests on a journey of discovery to learn more about why Seagrove was voted America’s #1 Town for Craft Lovers. Visitors are encouraged to pick up a map that includes photo examples of individual work and directions to the more than 50 pottery shops in the Seagrove area. Seagrove pottery shops are open throughout the year and welcome visitors. This is a free event and open to all ages.
