This May, the Southern Pines Public Library is transforming their five Little Free Libraries into Community Care Stations, providing essential items to those in need. After the success of this initiative last November, it is returning with the goal of making an even greater impact. Volunteers are needed to adopt a station for a week, gather and stock essential items, and help maintain supplies. Stations are located at Downtown Park, Pool Park, Rounds Park, Memorial Park, and behind the library.
