Brad Halling American Whiskey Ko-BHAWK invites you to participate in their first Boozy Bakeoff Competition!

The Preliminary Round is on Saturday, December 7th. Drop off 24 mini tasting portions to BHAWK’s Predmore Event Room anytime from 11am-6pm. Include your recipe, name, and contact information. Before drop-off, send a one-minute introduction video to @hallingwhiskey on Instagram, sharing a bit about yourself, your recipe, and your why. If you prefer, you can provide a one-page info sheet instead of a video, though the video is preferred. As a thank-you for participating, each contestant will receive two complimentary cocktails and tour tickets on the drop-off day.

The Final Round Judging Party takes place on Saturday, December 14th at 2pm. Finalists should deliver 24 small tasting portions by 12pm. The live judging will feature a panel of celebrity judges, and all attendees are welcome to join the fun and vote. Participants must be present to win.

Competitors may enter in one of two categories: Sergeant’s Valor or Madam Colonel. Baked goods must include a BHAWK spirit of choice in either category. Judging will focus on appearance, creativity, taste and the ability to produce the item on a large scale.

The first-place winner will have their baked good featured on BHAWK’s seasonal menu with credit, receive a signed bottle of Gratitude, a BHAWK gift basket, a signature apron, eight tour tickets, and recognition on social media and marketing. Second and third place winners will each receive a Boozy BHAWK gift basket, a signature apron, four tour tickets, placement on the seasonal menu, and social media and marketing recognition.
