St. John Paul the II Catholic School is inviting you to come and commemorate Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day with us on April 20. 8th grade leaders will be sharing exhibits about aspects of life during the Holocaust, such as life in Terezin and life aboard the Kindertransport. We are grateful to the North Carolina Council on the Holocaust for the loan of these exhibits, which specifically demonstrate the impact of the Holocaust on the lives of children. There will also be a reserved area for the reading of names of victims of the Holocaust. Our younger students will be visiting at different times throughout the day, but the time slot 8:30am-9:00am has been reserved for visitors outside of our school.
