All ages are invited at Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve for the Bears in the Sky event on Friday, March 8th at 6:30pm. Gaze at the stars and listen to the folklore that have been passed down for centuries telling stories of the bear constellations in the sky. The group will hear two myths, from two cultures oceans apart from each other, then create glow-in-the-dark constellations. Be sure to bring a jacket and a blanket to gaze on for your own comfort. Meet at the Boyd Tract by parking 555 E. Connecticut Avenue. This program is for all ages to enjoy.
