Join the Sandhills Friends Group for a fun Easter-themed morning outside at a local horse rescue on Friday, March 29th | 10am-12pm. Special guest, Horse and Buddy’s miniature horse, Finn, will be present alongside published author, Rosa Scarboro, for a children’s story time reading, Finn: A Story of Belonging. A movement activity will precede the Easter egg hunt followed by seven activity stations (including face painting, horse treat stations. The cost is $5 per family paid directly to the rescue. The Sandhills Friends Group is searching for a local business or businesses to donate a combined $100 to a local singer/musician to perform child friendly music (including Disney hits) during this event.
