The West Southern Pines Community Association invites the community to attend the 1st annual Scholarship Fundraiser in memory of Allisha D Watts. “Allisha’s Light Shines On” With your contribution, this scholarship will aid a young person to pursue their dreams as she did. There will be a special program beginning at 3pm. Guests will enjoy music, food, drinks and socializing. The event takes place on Saturday, September 21st | 2pm-8pm at Cardinal Park in Pinebluff.
