The Arts Council of Moore County presents Artist Circle Sessions! The Musician’s MBA in a Day session takes place on Wednesday, January 24th | 6:30pm-8:30pm. Session Leader is Christian Tamburr, an internationally renowned vibraphonist, pianist, composer and arranger who has performed in over 71 countries.

This session is about helping aspiring music professionals learn and understand the basics for becoming a professional musician. Our talent is our product, and our product is our livelihood. Being a full-time musician (or artist) requires constant upkeep of our craft and an understanding of the business that surrounds our industry. Learn how to get the gigs, expectations of a professional, contract details & negotiations, communication, networking, taxes, and much more. While geared to a musician, any artist can gain some benefit from this session.
