Join at the Carolina Horse Park in Raeford for the Southern Pines Equine Associates War Horse Event Series October Horse Trials, CT, D on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th! Enjoy an afternoon of equestrian competition. A food truck is typically on site with a vendor village to shop. The event is open to the public and offers fun for all ages. Spectating and parking are free.

This Saturday, October 5th, during the SPEA October War Horse Schooling Day, Carolina Horse Park will serve as a donation drop-off point for WNC animal feed relief! Help support horses in Western NC by bringing sealed, un-opened bags of horse feed (Senior & Balancer/Complete feeds are most needed), chopped & bagged hay, to the trucks near the Volunteer Pavilion. Donations will be accepted from 8am-5pm, with all items being flown directly to those in need. Look for the trucks with posted signage by the main gate #4 and remember to drive carefully—horses will be on the grounds. Let’s come together to make a difference! No bales of hay and no other equipment/supplies will be accepted at this time.”

“For the tenth year the SPEA WHES will partner with the United States Eventing Association (USEA) to gain classification as a registered schooling show. The series will award a select number of USEA full and supporting memberships to winners who are not currently USEA members.”
