Join for the 2024 Carolina’s District Spring Convention and Contest, hosted by Golf Capital Chorus on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th at the Lee Auditorium on the campus of Pinecrest High School! “Every year, the Carolinas District holds a regional competition in order to determine which choruses and quartets from North and South Carolina will go to the International Barbershop Competition later this year. For 2024, the Golf Capital Chorus will host this competition right here in Southern Pines! It is an amazing opportunity to hear some truly world class performers sing a variety of old and new tunes in that close harmony style that we love so much. Come check the action!”

The weekend of fun kicks off with the Quartet Semi-finals starting at 6:30pm on Friday.

Saturday morning at 11:00am, the chorus competition will take place for the right to represent the district at the International Contest in Denver, Colorado in July of 2025.

Saturday evening at 6:30pm, a very special guest is welcomed, past International Champion Quartet, FRED, who is coming together for a 10-year reunion tour followed by the district quartet finals.
