The community is invited to Celebrate Independence Day with the Carthage Rotary Club at the 2024 July 4th Parade! United We Stand. Fellow citizens of Carthage and surrounding areas are all invited to attend the celebration. The parade takes place on Thursday, July 4th beginning at 11am.
