The community is invited as the City of Sanford is celebrating its sesquicentennial year with a 150th Birthday Bash on Saturday, April 6th at the Lions Club Fair Grounds! The 150th Birthday Bash will begin with remarks and special recognitions at 10:30am. The afternoon will include history displays, train rides, live music, games, inflatables, a petting zoo, food trucks and more. Enjoy free birthday cake and ice cream while supplies last. Special sesquicentennial merchandise from Visit Sanford will be available including t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, commemorative coins and a commemorative poster designed by Seth Hoyle.
