Children ages 8-18, along with their parents, are welcomed to join a Nature Immersion! The experience is inspired by Forest Bathing. Lara Beth Jones will lead the group through the Whitehall Greenway Trail. Laura is a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide. Dress comfortably and bring a blanket, sheet, or chair.
