FirstHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is offering free notarization services for health care power of attorney and living will documents. These events provide an opportunity to ensure your medical wishes are legally documented in case of emergencies or end-of-life care.

Join FirstHealth on Wednesday, April 9th | 11am-1pm at FirstHealth Hospice House in West End for a convenient drive-thru service. Another session will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd | 11am-1pm at the FirstHealth Cancer Center in Pinehurst.
