Join as the African American Heritage Committee of Scotland County presents the 2nd annual Black History Parade on Saturday, February 17th at 3:00pm! Route will begin at 3pm at Legion Park, parade down Main St. and end at I. Ellis Johnson Community Center.

“We have rich history here in our city and this parade will allow us to highlight the places from which we’ve come and the extraordinary places we’re going! You’ll see a timeline of progress with special guest that are pillars to our community.”
