School aged children are invited to join at Artworks Vass with Barb Kennerly on Saturday, April 6th | 9:30am-11:00am to experience Coil Spool Weaving. Kids will learn the Coil Method of Weaving on a Spool, and they’ll also learn about the variety of things that they can make with their Woven Coils. The possibilities are limited only by their imagination! Each child will also receive their own handmade Spool Loom to take home after class.

School aged children are welcome to participate in the Saturday Classes. Younger children may attend if accompanied by an adult. Barb Kennerly is an accomplished Mixed Media Artist who lives in Cameron, NC. She’s also the Art Teacher at Vass Lakeview Elementary School.
