The African American Heritage Committee of Scotland County is hosting the 2024 Kuumba Festival on the grounds of the historic I Ellis Johnson Community Center in Laurinburg on Saturday, September 28th | 11am-6pm! A Celebration of Creativity! Attendees will enjoy a celebration of history and culture with talented vendors, live entertainment, dance, music and more. The talent show is back this year, so get ready for some amazing talent to be showcased. There will be many wonderful food options available on site as well.
