With Holly Arts Festival this weekend, Drum & Quill is hosting a Holly Arts Fest pre and post party with a great line up of musicians. Chelsea Davis is performing tonight. Music runs Wednesday-Saturday night, and the Drum & Quill Outdoor Whiskey Bar will be open all day Saturday to enjoy some shopping with a beer or cocktail!
