Moore County Departments invites the community to their first annual Halloween Trunk or Treat! The fun takes place on Thursday, October 31st | 6:00pm-8:00pm. Come dressed in your best costume and enjoy trick or treating the decorated cars. The candy by the County of Moore Departments at the Rick Rhyne Public Safety Center.
