Moore County Kennel Club of NC: CAT/Fast CAT

Moore County Kennel Club of North Carolina: CAT & FAST CAT on February 7th-9th at Shadow Hill Training Center in Jackson Springs. Open to all AKC Registered and Mixed Breeds (via AKC Canine Partners). Licensed by the American Kennel Club. A CAT is a 300- or 600-yard long course, which dogs must finish in less that 1 1/2 minutes and 2 minutes respectively. Two Trials per day of each CAT and FAST. Spectators are invited to enjoy the competition.
How Fast Is YOUR Dog. . . Let’s test it. Fast CAT is a timed 100-yard dash. Dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure. It has become very popular! You can earn titles and even vie to become one of the 20 fastest dogs by your breed. Both purebreds and mixed breed dogs can join in the fun. Be sure to check out information about eligibility at the bottom of this page.
Pre-entries close 6PM cst Saturday, February 1st at the home of the Test Secretary. Entry Fee: $25.00 for each entry (per dog per test (CAT and Fast CAT)). Day of Test Entries $30.00 per test. Day of test entries close at 1:00 pm est on Friday, Saturday and 11:00 am est on Sunday at the Field Trial Secretary’s table (Day of Test Entries Accepted as space allows)
