Pinecone Pathways returns for a special one-day version for the fall to celebrate Great Trails Day on Saturday, October 19th! 30 special edition Pottery Pinecones from Crystal King Pottery of Seagrove will be hidden on select trails in Moore County. These “Crystal Cones” are all handmade and created by Crystal King. Each pinecone will be individually stamped by King and dated for authenticity. The CVB will announce which trails in Moore County where these pinecones will be hidden the day before Great Trails State Day. The pinecones will display a special tag with a QR code, so finders can register their pinecone and be eligible for a drawing to win a $250 gift card! The rules require only one person per pinecone.
