The Sandhills Community College Jazz Band Summer Concert Series is back! Come out on Monday, June 2nd | 6:30pm-8:00pm! The Sandhills Community College Jazz Band presents A Swingin’ Summer: Count Basie Meets the Beatles. Under the direction of Larry Arnold, the SCC Jazz Band will perform the concert will feature Basie favorites including “Jumpin’ at the Woodside”, “Two O’clock Jump”, and “April in Paris”, several Beatles songs including “Lady Madonna”, “Come Together”, and “We Can Work It Out”, and other tunes you are sure to enjoy. The concert takes place in Owens Auditorium of BPAC. The concert is free and open to the public; however, please register your attendance through the event website link provided below.
