HU is an ancient name for God, enhancing your connection to the Holy Spirit regardless of your path. It tunes your awareness to Divine Love. It is easier than meditation, yet incredibly profound. It helps you navigate the negativity and hardships of life. It may increase your awareness and intuition. When sung with others, the sound of HU uplifts you.
