The Friends of the Skateparks Foundation and Southern Pines Brewery present the 2nd annual Lip Rippin Chicken Wing Cook Off on Saturday, November 2nd! 25+ wing competitors will go head-to-head to win $1,000 in cash, trophies, bragging rights and prizes. Enjoy amazing chicken wings, skateboarding, live music, face painting, a reptile exhibit and games. There will be 45+ craft & commercial vendors on site to support. “This is our final fundraiser for the Southern Pines Skatepark Project however considering the tragic events that occurred in western NC with Hurricane Helene, we have decided to donate 50% of the proceeds from this event to Beloved Asheville, a solid nonprofit that’s on the ground helping in the recovery efforts.”
