$6 – $9Join for Slow Flow Yoga (Adults 18+) with Southern Pines Parks & Recreation Department. Instructor, Brian O’Grady will lead every Tuesday 9:30am-10:30am at the newly renovated Train House. Learn how mindfulness can change your life with Brian O’Grady. Please bring your own yoga mat. The cost is $6 for residents and $9 for non-residents.
