Would you love to create a beautifully scented, one-of-a-kind candle that reflects your unique personality? Join the fun at ARTworks Vass with Stacey Mataxis Whitlow for a Valentine’s Make-and-Take Candle Making class on Saturday, February 10th | 1pm-4:30pm!
During this Make-and-Take Class, start times are scheduled every half hour, and you will be able to begin when it is most convenient for you. Stacey will lead you as you select your favorite tin. Decorate the tin with painted designs, the words of your choice and other ephemera. Incorporate the perfect scent of essential oil blends. Embellish your candle top with dried botanicals and small gemstones. A soy and coconut blended wax and a wood wick will also be provided for your candle, and tins are available in 2 sizes, 4-ounce or 8-ounce. Leave class with your finished candles. Beginners and guests aged 14 and older are welcome to attend. Guests younger than 14 may join this class with a registered adult. You may bring your own nibbles and sips.
