Inspired by the bestselling books by Keri Smith, the 2024 Weymouth Center for the Arts & Humanities Summer Day Camp will inspire campers to put down their screens and learn to entertain themselves by looking at the world through a new lens. The historic grounds of the Boyd House have been inspiring poets, musicians and artists for generations and is the perfect setting for young, creative minds to run free.

Each Camper will receive a copy of the workbook entitled, “How to be an Explorer of the World”. The program activities will illustrate how the outdoor world around us can influence the creation of Art, Music, and Writing. All rising 3rd-8th grade students are welcome. Older students may participate as Counselors in Training.

Two, one-week summer camp opportunities are offered the weeks of:

August 5th-9th & August 12th-16th | Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm & 1pm-3pm
