Sunday, April 13th is National Plant Appreciation Day! Join Friends of Weymouth Woods at the Boyd Tract at 2pm to take a hike to see the old tree and appreciate its historic presence. After the hike, plant a sunflower seed to bring home and watch it as it grows. Parking for this program is at 555 East Connecticut Avenue, and the hike leader will meet you in the parking lot.
