Join at Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve in Southern Pines for a Tree ID Hike! Learn the basics to start identifying the trees living all around us! Expect to learn the differences between deciduous and coniferous trees, characteristics of trees used for identification, and practice using a field guide and dichotomous key. The group will hike less than a mile and identify some common trees along the way.
