Adults 55+ are invited to join as Southern Pines Parks & Recreation Department presents “With Every Heartbeat is Life”, sponsored by the Moore County Health Department. In this series of free classes attendees will learn how to keep your heart healthy by participating in games, learning how to be more active, what foods are heart-healthy and more! You will also receive materials to share with friends and family. The classes are led by Marisa Ramos.
