Relieve stress with this 60-minute class designed for cancer patients and their caregivers. Please bring your yoga mat or beach towel, pillow and blanket. This class is free and open to cancer patients and their caregivers. The group meets the third Thursday of the month at 2:00pm at the FirstHealth Cancer Center.
