While the association provides cider and sparkling water\, guests are encouraged to bring their own wine or spirits if they wish to enjoy alcoholic beverages during the meal. \nChef Giff Fisher has curated a gourmet menu that features a variety of high-end dishes. The meal begins with appetizers including oysters Rockefeller\, candied boar bacon\, and a duck or dove saute\, followed by a gazpacho soup. For the main course\, guests can choose between venison or Cornish hen\, served alongside Carolina Gold rice and grilled local asparagus. The evening concludes with a dessert of Scottish strawberry shortcake made with fresh strawberries.
