Connecticut Avenue in Southern Pines. As the home of the Arts Council’s Visual Arts Programs\, the galleries showcase artwork by local\, regional and national artists in a variety of media. Each show is opened with a festive meet-the-artists reception. \nAdmission to Arts Council Galleries is free and open to the public on weekdays (10AM-5PM)\, select Saturdays of the month (12PM-2PM)\, and by appointment by calling 910-692-2787. Arts Council members save 10% on any art purchases at the Arts Council Galleries.
