DESCRIPTION:Robbins Area Library is hosting a Star Gazing Party titled Mission to the Moon on Friday\, April 24th\, from 7:30PM-9:30PM at the Bear Creek Trail and Robbins Reservoir in Robbins. Part of the NC SciFest\, this weather-permitting event encourages participants to bring their own lawn chairs\, blankets\, telescopes\, and binoculars for an evening under the stars. To help preserve everyone’s night vision\, the library requests that attendees use only red-light flashlights during the program. For more information regarding this community astronomy event\, you can contact the library at 910-948-4000.
