SUMMARY:Lady Spartans Leadership & Wellness Clinic
DESCRIPTION:The Sandhills Spartans Athletic Club is hosting the opening session of the Lady Spartans Leadership & Wellness Clinic on Sunday\, April 26th. The event will run from 1:30PM-5:00PM at the Cannon Park Community Center in Pinehurst. \nThe session features guest speaker Tommy Brown\, a former collegiate coach and author of “One Heartbeat.” His presentation focuses on helping young female athletes develop resilience\, mental toughness\, and mindset habits that translate from the field into everyday life. The clinic is designed to help participants learn how to handle pressure\, respond to adversity\, and grow through various challenges. \nMore than the game.Every athlete faces it—confidence struggles\, pressure moments\, questions about identity. And the truth is\, most of them are navigating it alone. \nThe Wellness & Leadership Clinic is designed to give female athletes the tools they need to:\n• Build real confidence\n• Handle pressure the right way\n• Understand who they are beyond the scoreboard \nThis isn’t about more reps. This is about real conversations that impact how they show up—in sport and in life. There will be guest speakers and a panel of original Lady Spartans who have lived it\, walked through it\, and are ready to pour back into the next generation. \nAthletes + Parents are both encouraged to attend. \nRegistration Details: The registration fee covers the attending female athlete. Parents are encouraged to attend alongside their daughter at no additional cost. \nRegistration for the clinic is $25 per athlete\, and the fee covers the participating student. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend the session alongside their daughters at no additional cost to share in the experience. Because space is limited\, interested families should register in advance by visiting oneheartbeatwarriors.com or by using the official event QR code.
