DESCRIPTION:Healthy kids. Happy kids! Get Up and Go! Children Pre-K through 8th grade are invited to be a part of the Healthy Kids Running Series! This is a five (5) week running program on Sundays at 3PM offered in the spring and fall. Each HKRS Series take place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes\, the 1/4 mile\, the 1/2 mile and the 1-mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. \n2026 Spring:\nMarch 29th\nApril 5th\nApril 12th\nApril 19th\nApril 26th \nSingle Day Racing is also an option. Registration open one hour prior to run time for single day races. \nVolunteers are also needed. For questions\, contact the race director at PinehurstNC@healthykidsrs.org.
