The Gallery collects applications from North Carolina artists who meet the entry criteria. Accepted artists are curated in for a two-month exhibition including an artist reception\, opportunity for an artist talk\, and promotional benefits through press releases and print/digital marketing. These exercises increase motor control and repetitive effort within time restraints at each exercise station. \nPWR! Group Fridays 1pm: Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery class that focus on movements that promote large amplitude\, high effort and attention to action from multiple positions (prone\, supine\, all 4’s and standing).\nThese exercises help to increase motor control with sustained and repetitive effort while also promoting better balance. \nOnce the above items are complete\, class assignment will be based on assessments and screenings. \nClass is limited to 10\, so please complete the above items in advance to ensure your spot in the classes. SUMMARY:Aberdeen Library: STEM Summer Camp 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Aberdeen Library is hosting an engaging STEM Summer Camp designed to bring hands-on learning and technological fun to local youth this season. Each camp session will run in the afternoon from 3:30PM-4:15PM. To accommodate different skill and development levels\, the programming is divided into two distinct age brackets\, each featuring unique\, interactive tech challenges. Families must register in advance to participate in these educational sessions\, and any questions can be directed to the library staff by calling 910-944-1200. \n\n\n\nThe camp highlights specific age groups and themes on select Wednesdays throughout June and July: \n\n\n\nAges 5-10 can explore Ozobot Coding on June 10th. \n\n\n\nAges 5-10 can take on a Lego Challenge on July 8th. \n\n\n\nAges 8-14 can dive into Coding with Spheros on June 24th. \n\n\n\nAges 8-14 can discover Basic Drone Navigation on July 22nd. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWelcome – Moore County Libraries – LibGuides at Sandhill Regional Library System
