More than a keepsake—you’ll be making memories to treasure for a lifetime.\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\nWayne will guide you step-by-step through the glass blowing process and together you will create your one of a kind glass piece. Glassblowing is a choreographed collaboration. This will be an enjoyable beginner friendly experience and by the end of your session\, you’ll be amazed by what you’ve created!\n\nYour finished glass project will need to cool slowly (anneal). You can pick it up a few days after class or arrange shipping for an additional fee.\n\nImportant Information:\n\n 	No experience needed—beginners welcome!\n 	Please note: ARTworks Vass is home to friendly gallery/studio cats who may be present during classes and events. 🐾\n 	Ages 14+ are invited to participate. DESCRIPTION:Dive into the creative world of glass art with local artist Diane Flanegan as she returns to teaching a series of hands-on stained glass classes at Kidscentric Creative Studios in Southern Pines. These interactive workshops\, held on Thursdays from 6:30PM-9:00PM throughout March and April\, allow students to pick\, cut\, and foil their own glass while Diane assists with the soldering process. \nThe six-class series features unique projects ranging from a stained glass succulent and flower to a glass mosaic tray and a stained glass sunflower. For $70 per class\, participants are provided with all necessary tools and supplies\, though they are asked to wear closed-toed shoes and may bring their own apron.
