The meal begins with appetizers including oysters Rockefeller\, candied boar bacon\, and a duck or dove saute\, followed by a gazpacho soup. For the main course\, guests can choose between venison or Cornish hen\, served alongside Carolina Gold rice and grilled local asparagus. The evening concludes with a dessert of Scottish strawberry shortcake made with fresh strawberries.
