Global Running Day\, observed worldwide on the first Wednesday of June\, encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving for any reason\, whether it is for physical health\, stress relief\, or simple camaraderie. \nParticipants are invited to sign up for either a 30-minute or 60-minute slot to run\, walk\, or jog as part of this inclusive community relay. As seen in the GlobalRunningDayFlyer.jpg\, this event is a “RUNderful” way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with others while celebrating the mental and emotional benefits of staying active.
