DESCRIPTION:Walk. Give. Change the world. Registration is open for the 2026 Sandhills CROP Hunger Walk! Join a team or start a new team. The walk takes place on Sunday\, March 29th! The event begins at 2:00pm with the walk starting at 3:00pm on the track at Union Pines High School. A portion of donations will support “Feed the Sole\,” providing shoes for students and seniors in need through the Sandhills Coalition. \n“No one in this world should be hungry. That’s why the Sandhills CROP Hunger Walk is more than just a gathering of people in a place. We’re part of a movement\, taking steps and raising funds together to provide meals for those in our own community who need them – and supporting programs that create greater food security in communities all around the world. Please join in us in the fight against hunger. The steps we take and funds we raise will make a difference in the lives of others.” \nLet’s walk together toward a world without hunger!
