Sullivan\, focused on connection\, compassion\, and living well alongside brain change and dementia. Meetings take place at Community Presbyterian Church in Pinehurst\, 2:30pm-4:00pm. \nDecember 18th-Letting Be: Practicing acceptance and mindfulness\, learning to sit with dementia as it is. \nJanuary 29th\, 2026-Letting Down: Allowing vulnerability and rest\, honoring exhaustion\, and asking for help. \nFebruary 26th-Letting In: Receiving support\, love\, and wisdom\, and allowing ourselves to be held by others. \nMarch 26th-Letting Us Attune: Practicing deep listening\, presence\, and co-regulation to build connection. \nApril 30th-Letting In Love: Nurturing compassion\, empathy\, and seeing love as the center of the journey. \nMay 28th-Letting In Light: Opening to hope\, spirituality\, and renewal as we close the circle together. \nAll are welcome.
