It provides a welcoming environment for individuals who feel exhausted by diet culture or who find themselves struggling with comparison\, shame\, and the pressure of numbers on a scale. This gathering is perfect for anyone wanting to integrate their faith with physical movement and connect with an authentic\, supportive community. The event aims to help participants find freedom from constant striving and body obsession\, replacing those cycles with God’s truth. Whether you are curious about faith-based fitness or simply hungry for a safe space to be seen and known\, this meet-up offers practical tools for loving God and caring for your body with newfound confidence. \nWhat to expect at this Meet Up? Time to be seen\, heard and loved. Time to connect with an authentic community in a safe-to-share\, welcoming space. Learn and understand what scripture says about our bodies. Release of shame and false narratives over our bodies. Experience worship through movement in gentle stretching and an easy aerobic & drumstick workout.\nPractice stillness\, reflection\, and embodied faith through a Be Still & Be Loved session to end our time together. \nAs an attendee\, you can expect to leave feeling: Seen\, known\, and renewed. Freed from cycles of shame and striving. Confident in God’s truth about your body. Reconnected spiritually and physically. Renewed in body\, mind and spirit.
