Women’s Health Workshop

Women’s Hormone Health Workshop on Wednesday, May 27th, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at the West Southern Pines Center in Southern Pines. Join the Southern Pines Land & Housing Trust for an empowering and informative evening designed specifically for women who are ready to better understand their bodies and take control of their health. Hosted as part of the Community Connects Series, this special workshop will be led by Tonee Grant, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and founder of Grants Wellness. With a passion for women’s health, Tonee specializes in helping women navigate the often confusing and overwhelming stages of hormonal change.
During this session, attendees will gain insight into common but often misunderstood symptoms such as:
Unexplained weight gain
Fatigue and brain fog
Mood changes and anxiety
Sleep disturbances
Hormonal imbalances
Through expert guidance and real-world experience, Tonee will share practical, evidence-based approaches to help women feel more energized, balanced, and in control of their overall well-being.
Too often, women are told that these changes are simply a part of aging—but this workshop is here to challenge that narrative. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and empowered with tools and knowledge to advocate for your health.
