CrossFit Kids Series!

A 6 week program at Iron & Pine CrossFit in Aberdeen for kids aged 5-10years old! CrossFit Kids builds strong, confident, capable kids through fun, structured training that actually teaches them how to move well. The same principles are used as in the adult CrossFit classes—simple, functional, effective movement—and are scaled for kids in a way that is safe, engaging, and age-appropriate. It’s not just about burning energy – it’s about building a foundation and teaching lifetime skills of health & fitness.

Every class is led by a Certified CrossFit Kids Coach and focuses on:

• Workouts with intention
• Coaching that builds real skill, not just movement
