Held from 2PM-3PM in the Cannon Park Community Center Wellness Room, this immersive experience uses the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drums to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and calm the nervous system. The sessions are designed for pure relaxation with no movement or effort required; you will be comfortably supported by mats, bolsters, and blankets while you simply relax and receive the therapeutic sounds.
