Join for Goat Yoga at Ithíka Acres Creamery in Raeford! So what happens at a goat yoga class? Imagine an event where you can’t help but find yourself laughing along with total strangers, making new friends, attempting a yoga pose for the first time, or the 100th, finding yourself contouring your body around a goat that claimed your mat while demanding that you take interest in them on their terms. Now you have a great understanding of goat yoga!

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga. What matters is that you come prepared for a unique & joyful experience. It is all about getting outdoors in a beautiful setting, surrounding yourself with loving animals & disconnecting from stress. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Ages 10+. If you have children younger just contact us and we can work something out! Don’t want to charge them for an adult fee.

Each date offers two classes: 9AM & 11AM
