The Moore County Library and Sandhill Regional Library System are celebrating Earth Day with a Plant Swap on Wednesday, April 22nd. This drop-in event takes place from 3PM-5PM at the library in Carthage. Community members are invited to stop by and participate in the exchange, and anyone with questions can call the library at 910-947-5335 for more details.
