The community is invited to tee off for a cause at Maxie’s Golf Classic, a charity golf tournament benefiting the Duke University ALS Center, on Monday, December 22nd at Hyland Golf Club with a 10am shotgun start. The event will feature a 4-player scramble format, making it accessible and enjoyable for golfers of all levels. In addition to a day on the greens, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a silent auction and raffle, with 100% of proceeds directly funding ALS research.

“Every swing brings us closer to a cure,” said event organizers. “This tournament is about more than golf—it’s about uniting our community to support groundbreaking research and provide hope for those affected by ALS.”
